
We require 24 hours notice by phone, or the full treatment cost will be incurred.
We will endeavour to ring you in the morning of the appointment as a reminder courtesy call if possible (but not guaranteed). If you do not hear from us please call, we may have an incorrect telephone number.
As a courtesy to other clients following your appointment, late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time. Please do not ask the impossible, we will endeavour to carry out what we can within the time slot allocated, or suggest a re-booking.
